01The old workflow

Three environments, three deployment paths, each with its own manual gate. Release drift was constant and release cadence was monthly at best.

02Branch-driven pipelines

Dev branches auto-deployed to dev. Main deployed to staging. Tagged releases deployed to prod. GitOps primitives did the rest.

Release frequency moved from monthly to daily. Zero manual deployments after the second month.
