Where is Aeroxis based, and which areas do you serve?
We're based on Amelia Island and serve Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, Yulee, Callahan and the rest of Nassau County, FL. We also serve Jacksonville and the First Coast.
What does Aeroxis do for small businesses?
Practical AI for owner-led businesses: an AI Intake Team that answers after-hours and overflow calls and web forms, screens and books the right ones and follows up every new lead; small-group Local AI Workshops; or one workflow you want handed off, fixed properly.
How quickly can an AI Intake Team be live?
Live within 21 days of kickoff, or your first month's management fee is free. That is the only guarantee we make.
Do I have to replace my phone system, CRM or other software?
No. The AI Intake Team is built into your phone line, web forms, calendar and CRM, and your systems stay the system of record.
Will callers know they are talking to AI?
Yes. It tells callers it's AI up front, and emergencies, sensitive requests and upset callers go to a person.
Do you work in person?
