TRUST

How we handle your data — in plain English.

An AI employee works inside your business and touches real client and customer information. These are the commitments we make on every build, before kickoff and after go-live.

OUR COMMITMENTS

Nine rules
on every build.

01

Your systems stay in charge

Your phone system, calendar, CRM or practice-management software stays the system of record. The AI works through them; it does not become a second database of your clients.

02

Only the access it needs

Each build gets least-privilege access: only the systems and permissions that job requires, nothing more.

03

Every provider, in writing

Every model, phone and messaging provider that processes your data is named in writing before kickoff.

04

AI disclosure

It tells every caller and correspondent that they are dealing with AI. It never pretends to be a person.

05

Human escalation

Anything sensitive, urgent or upset goes to a person on your team, by rules you approve.

06

Vetted people only

Builds are founder-led. Contract engineers are vetted and work under NDA and IP assignment.

07

You can see what it did

You get logs of AI actions — calls, messages, bookings and handoffs — whenever you want to review them.

08

Reviewed every month

Each month we review what it handled with you and tune the scripts and guardrails.

09

A founder is accountable

A named founder is responsible for your build, from kickoff through every monthly review.

INCIDENT CONTACT

If something looks wrong, tell us straight away.

If you think your AI employee did something it should not have, or you have a concern about your data, email hello@aeroxis.com with "Incident" in the subject line, or use the contact form. It goes straight to the founders.

NEXT STEP

Twenty minutes.
A straight
answer.

On a 20-min Intake Review we map what happens to your after-hours calls, web forms and new leads today, and tell you plainly whether an AI Intake Team is worth it for you.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

  • Where calls and leads fall through today
  • Which of your systems it would work inside
